Since 1988, CCO GmbH has stood for the successful marketing of the most important international security and defence exhibitions. As the official representative of the Exhibition organisers, CCO supports the German exhibiting companies in their trade show preparations:
- CCO arranges and reserves stand space
- CCO supports you in registration and placement
- CCO is the German contact for organizational questions during the exhibition
- CCO is the direct contact to the organizer
German companies can easily register and coordinate their exhibition presence via CCO Creative Consulting. Thanks to excellent contacts between CCO and the international exhibition organisers, the coordination will be quick and smooth.

By booking our exhibitor services you will receive:
- Intensive exhibitor support during preparation, e.g. through information letters, assistance with forms and trade Show regulations, appointment reminders, and much more.
- Provision of helpful checklists for Show planning and preparation
- Support and advice in delegation management nationally and internationally
- Transmission of the German list of exhibitors, alphabetically and broken down by product category, to contacts in ministries, Bundeswehr commandos, the departments for further development in the armed forces, the relevant foreign defence attachés accredited in Berlin and the relevant German embassies.
- CCO as contact person on site
- Short communication channels to the organiser and thus fast and uncomplicated problem solutions
- Personal contact to the delegation office
Exhibitor Lounge
At some exhibitions CCO erects an exhibitor lounge in the German Pavilion. When booking the lounge, your stand staff can take a break from stand duty with coffee and soft drinks and check and process e-mails thanks to W-Lan access.
Customised Agency Services
Outsource your complete exhibition Organisation or hand over administrative tasks to us. We will prepare an individual offer for you, tailored to your needs.
Not enough time to prepare your exhibition attendance? CCO supports you by taking on administrative tasks in the run-up to the show. If required, we can also take over the entire project management for you.
On request, we can assist you in arranging services, e.g. stand catering, hostesses or hotel bookings.
Thanks to decades of experience, we can also offer you our support and advice in the planning and implementation of your exhibition attendance, right through to the creation of a concept for your stand and the associated marketing communication.
Event Management
In addition to representing international exhibitions, CCO also organises symposia, receptions, in-house trade fairs and corporate events on behalf of customers. Here we take over the conception, planning and implementation.
